Ladies, I have to say there were a few heart stopping minutes as I was totalling the points for the Houses Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. I wish I had some fanfare to play here. But, let me not delay any longer. I will let the numbers speak for themselves.

(Includes 50 pt. bonus for 100% participation, way to go Slytherins!!)

Ladies, thank you so much for your patience :) I have the updated standings :) Hufflepuff is doing very well, I might add.

1st place Hufflepuff ~ 102%

2nd place Ravenclaw ~ 80%
Includes 50 bonus pts. for 100% participation

3rd place Gryffindor ~ 69%

4th place Slytherin ~ 60%

Finding the Snitch is definitely a plus and it's what is keeping Hufflepuff on top, but Ravenclaw is not far behind!!! It's still possible for any of the Houses to take the cup in the last round, so be ready, my friends!! Congratulations Hufflepuffs and Laurie :)

Ladies, I left a comment below that stated my apologise for the confusion with the Snitch graphic. I've been without the internet and have to rely on getting online when I get to work or am at Panera Bread. I have to squeeze HSKS stuff in with all my other internet duties, which include school work. Anywho, I'm sorry that I didn't catch the HSKS2 mistake before I sent it to Lissette. I hope that you will all forgive me. Laurie, however, is our winner!!!! She found the Snitch first :) So, big time congratulations goes to the Hufflepuff House!!!

I've totaled the points, but you'll have to wait until late Sunday night to see the results because I have the cumulative charts on my other computer. I know, the agony of it all!

Hello, ladies! I'm having a bit of internet troubles at the moment. Actually, it's more like endless financial troubles. So, I have no internet at my house, but I do at work and at Panera Bread where I must go to turn in my homework. So, for tomorrow it may be a few hours before I actually post that the Snitch has been found.

OMGosh!!! I can not believe that I let the whole day go by without posting the questions!! I remembered after my morning meeting and then the thought completely left me. I am so, so sorry, ladies. I hope that you will forgive me.

Hello, ladies!
Just a few more days before the next Quidditch match begins!!! Are you ready?

Contests
We've only had one entrant so far, so I think we'll just keep it to one contest this time. Where's the competition??? Don't you know that if you design something with a Harry Potter theme it will be downloaded and used by many??? Come on, girls. Give it a go!

You must present a finished sample as well as a written pattern with pictures of your sample. The finished pieces will be judged by myself and a panel of judges from the swap participants whom I will choose.

Before I give the totals, I have to say all of you are the best bunch that has participated so far. I have never had this much participation by all of the Houses during any of the other HSKS'. You're wonderful!!! This is the first time ever that two Houses have had 100% participation during a Quidditch match and this is the first HSKS in which Slytherins have participated 100% consecutively. Awesome :) Go, Slytherins! Sorry, had to add that in there.

Quidditch consists of 10 trivia questions and 5 pictures that must be posted or linked to. The questions come from any of the 7 Harry Potter books. Most are multiple choice and the pictures can be found through Google. If you have any other questions about Quidditch, please leave them in the comments of this post and I'll answer them. These are the dates that Quidditch will take place.

Out of Town
I'll be out of town from Thursday, September 6th to Monday, September 10th. My sister is getting married and she lives in Oregon, so I'll be driving my four kids and myself up there.
